The 2023 competition was held on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 6:00pm at OCU's Kirkpatrick Auditorium.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

​

Age and Education:

1. at least nineteen (19) years of age by December 31, 2023

2. no older than twenty-six (26) years of age on December 31, 2023

3. a citizen of the United States of America

4. a female

5. not now, nor have ever been married or parent/adoptive parent

​

Residence:

Must fulfill one of the following:

• Resident of the State of Oklahoma.

• Enrolled in and physically attending classes on a full-time basis at an accredited college or university in the State of Oklahoma.

• Employed on a full-time basis in the State of Oklahoma.

 

Additional Miss Program Requirements:

• Candidates must meet all additional requirements pursuant to the Miss America State and Local Application & Agreement:  Full Miss Program Requirements

Miss OCU - Two semesters of full undergraduate tuition (Spring 2023 and Fall 2023)

1st Runner Up - Two semesters of half undergraduate tuition (Spring 2023 and Fall 2023)

2nd Runner Up - $750 Scholarship

3rd Runner Up - $500 Scholarship

4th Runner Up - $300 Scholarship

Talent Award - $1,000 Scholarship

Private Interview Winner - $250 Scholarship

On-Stage Interview Winner - $250 Scholarship
